Who does All Contractor serve?
All Contractor serves three audiences in the home services channel: contractors and dealers (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and generator companies), distributors who want stronger dealer marketing across their networks, and manufacturers seeking a co-op-compliant partner to strengthen their dealer base. We provide marketing, AI, training, consulting, and merch to all three.
What trades does All Contractor work with?
Our five core trades are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and generator sales and service. HVAC is our deepest expertise — our founder Chris Smith is a licensed HVAC contractor who ran his own contracting business — but our programs apply across all four trades and adjacent home services.
Do you work with small contractors, or only large companies?
Both. Revenue size is not the qualifier — fit and integrity are. We work with owner-operators and growing multi-location businesses at every stage of revenue. What matters is that you’re honest, want to do the right thing, and are a good fit for what we offer.

Yes. Partnership engagements are structured differently from individual dealer engagements — co-branded programs, network-wide training, co-op execution, and channel strategy. Start on the distributors page, or Schedule a Call.
What services does All Contractor provide?
Five pillars: Marketing (websites, SEO, paid search, content, direct mail, video, social, reputation), AI (call handling, lead qualification, AI marketing and content), Training (owner, marketing team, CSR, and dispatcher training), Consulting (growth consulting, marketing audits, fractional CMO), and Merch. You don’t have to buy all five.
Do clients own their websites, ad accounts, and data?
Yes — 100%, in writing. Your website, your domain, your ad accounts, your data. If you leave us tomorrow, you walk out with all of it. This applies to every dealer engagement, including programs run through distributor or manufacturer partnerships.
Are your programs co-op eligible?
Often, yes. We’re recognized partners with major HVAC manufacturers, and we know the co-op approval rules and follow them. When creative is manufacturer-approved, dealers can typically claim co-op credit for programs we run.
Do you take over the distributor’s or manufacturer’s relationship with the dealer?
No. Your dealer stays your dealer. We’re the growth partner behind the scenes — your relationship and your name come first. Referring a dealer to us should strengthen your standing with them, not weaken it.
Will you work with competing distributors or manufacturers?
We work with multiple manufacturers, including competing brands, and multiple distributors across non-overlapping geographies or product lines. We respect competitive boundaries — no sharing of specifics across competing brands, and we don’t actively serve direct distributor competitors in the same market.
How is All Contractor different from other contractor marketing agencies?
