All Contractor was built by an HVAC contractor and a marketer who watched the industry get hounded by agencies selling shortcuts. We started this company in 2006 to do it right.

Meet the Founders
Chris ran an HVAC company. Michele built the marketing. Together they built All Contractor Marketing.
Chris and Michele Smith have been working in HVAC for more than three decades — first running an HVAC contracting business of their own, then helping hundreds of other contractors run theirs better. They founded All Contractor Marketing in 2006.

how it all began
Why We Started This Company
We got tired of watching contractors get ripped off.
When Chris and Michele owned their HVAC business, they saw the marketing industry up close. Smooth-talking salespeople. Inflated promises. Mystery dashboards. Contracts that locked contractors in and accounts they didn't actually own. Marketing budgets that disappeared into a black box every month.
After they sold the HVAC company, they had two choices: go to a different industry, or use what they'd learned to help other contractors avoid what they'd been through. They started All Contractor Marketing in 2006 to do exactly that.
20 years later,
hundreds of contractors have been through our doors.
The work has expanded — from websites and direct mail to AI, training, and consulting- the reason we started hasn’t changed.

Why we’re now All Contractor
The work outgrew the name.
For 20 years we were All Contractor Marketing. That name described what we did. It didn't describe what contractors needed from us anymore.
AI is reshaping the trade. Contractors are being hounded by agencies promising magic. The work has expanded well past marketing — into training, consulting, and helping contractors own the next chapter of their growth. The shorter name reflects that. We're not just a marketing shop anymore. We're an ally for the whole business.
