Who is All Contractor?
We're the trusted ally for home services contractors — marketing, AI, training, and consulting under one roof. We came up in the trades: 30 years in HVAC and home services, and 20 years marketing for contractors since 2006. We're built by people who've done the work, not marketers who found a vertical.
Didn't you used to be called All Contractor Marketing?
Yes. We rebranded to All Contractor because the work outgrew the name. We're still the same team, same people, same principles — we've just expanded beyond marketing into AI, training, and consulting. Nothing about your existing agreement, pricing, or account team changed with the name.
What kind of contractors do you work with?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and generator businesses — owner-operators up through growing multi-location companies. Revenue size isn't the qualifier. Fit and integrity are.
What makes you different from every other marketing agency?
Three things: we build capability instead of dependency, we show our work instead of hiding behind dashboards, and we tell you the truth even when it costs us the engagement. Most agencies that promised leads in 2010 aren't around anymore. We are.
What's your process for a new engagement?
Four steps, and we show our work at each one. Diagnose — we ask before we pitch, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so. Plan — real scope, real numbers, written down. Build — you see what we're doing as we do it. Teach — we leave you more capable than we found you.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. After the initial engagement, we're month-to-month. You can fire us with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract you can't leave.
Do I have to buy all your services at once?
No. Most contractors start with one thing — usually marketing or an audit — and add others as the work earns it. We won't push you into services you don't need.
Will you tell me if I don't need your help?
Yes. If what you want isn't going to work, or we're not the right fit, we'll say so out loud — even if it costs us the engagement. If someone else is a better match, we'll point you to them.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on what you actually need, which is why we scope and price each engagement individually rather than selling packages. A 30-minute call is the fastest way to get a real number.

Do I really own everything you build?
Yes- 100% in writing. Your website, your domain, your ad accounts, your data. If you leave us tomorrow, you walk out with all of it. No hostage-taking.
What happens to my website and accounts if I leave?
They go with you. We build on assets you own, in accounts under your name. Leaving is a handoff, not a demolition. That's the whole point of how we set things up.
What do you mean by "no magic boxes"?
No mystery dashboards, no black-box ad spend, no “trust us, it's working.” We give you itemized reporting on what we did, what it cost, and what it returned. If we did it, you can see it.
How do you report on results?
Plain-language reporting tied to real outcomes — what ran, what it cost, and what it produced. No vanity metrics dressed up to look like wins.
Do you guarantee leads or results?
No, and we're upfront about that. We don't promise lead numbers. We guarantee the standard of our work, the transparency of our reporting, and that you'll own everything we build. Anyone guaranteeing specific leads is selling you something.
What marketing services do you offer?
Websites, SEO, paid search, content, social, reputation management, direct mail, video, and the proprietary tools we've built ourselves. All built around your business and owned by you.
Can you just build me a website?
Absolutely. Websites are still a big part of what we do — we've built hundreds for contractors. We'll build it on a platform and domain you own, so it's yours for good.
Will you work with my existing in-house marketing team?
Yes. We're designed to make your team more effective, not replace them. If you don't have a team yet, we can run things until you do — then teach them what we know.
Do you help with SEO and getting found on Google?
Yes — traditional local SEO plus newer answer-engine and AI-search optimization, so you show up in Google, the map pack, and AI tools like ChatGPT Search and Perplexity.
How long before I see results from marketing?
It depends on the channel. Paid search can produce calls quickly; SEO and reputation build over months and compound. We'll give you honest timelines up front instead of promising overnight wins.
How do you use AI in contractor marketing?
Where it earns its place, and we name it when we use it — AI call handling, lead qualification, marketing automation, and content, all with human control. No hype, no AI for the sake of saying you have it.
Will AI replace the people answering my phones?
