Why a Values Page
It's Important
Most companies post values nobody reads. Ours are the rules we actually use. When a client asks for something we don’t think is right — these are why we push back. When we walk away from a deal that doesn’t fit — these are why. When we tell a contractor the truth they don’t want to hear — these are why.
If you work with us, these are the standards you should hold us to.
Truth over trends.
Relationships over transactions.
Results over promises.
Stewardship over service
We Act Like Your Business Is Our Own
A vendor delivers the scope. A steward asks whether the scope is right in the first place. We’re stewards.
That means decisions get made based on what’s truly best for your business, even when it costs us short-term revenue. If the package you signed up for isn’t the right one anymore, we say so. If a service we offer isn’t going to move the needle for you, we’ll tell you not to buy it.
What this looks like in practice: - We turn down work we don’t think will deliver. - We recommend cutting services we sold you, when they stop working. - We make hiring recommendations that reduce your spend with us.

Transparency by default
If We Did It, You Can See It
No magic box. No mystery dashboards. No “trust us, it’s working.”
You see the work. You see the numbers. You own the accounts and the data. Every dollar of ad spend, every keyword we target, every change we made to your website — visible. Always.
What this looks like in practice: - You have direct admin access to every account we run for you. - Reporting shows raw data, not just a vanity score. - We tell you what didn’t work, not just what did.
Teach, don’t just deliver
Every Engagement Leaves You More Capable Than You Started
We’re not building a moat of dependency. We’re building a more capable contractor.
The contractor who finishes a year with us should understand their marketing better than they did when they started — even if that means they could eventually run more of it in-house. Some clients do. We’re fine with that. The ones who stay, stay because they want to, not because we’ve made it impossible to leave.
Training
Training is part of every engagement, not an add-on. - We show our work so your team learns from it. - We answer “how” questions, not just “what” questions.
Consulting
Every recommendation starts with your business goals—not our services. We tell you when to invest—and when not to.
Marketing
Every campaign starts with strategy, not just creative. We treat your marketing budget like it's our own.
Honest before easy
We Tell You What You Need to Hear, Not What You Want to Hear
If your growth target is unrealistic, we’ll name it. If your messaging is confusing the wrong customer, we’ll show you. If a piece of work we delivered isn’t working, we’ll bring it up before you do.
Hard conversations are the job. Avoiding them is how trust breaks down.
What this looks like in practice: - We push back on goals we don’t believe in. - We flag problems early, even if they’re our fault. - We don’t apologize for disagreeing with you, when disagreement is the right call.

Faith in how we work
Our Faith Shapes How We Work, Not How We Talk to Clients
We operate with the integrity our faith calls us to. That’s how we treat clients, vendors, and each other when no one is watching.
FAITH
We’re not in the business of preaching. The work is the witness. If you ask, we’ll talk about it. If you don’t, we’ll keep showing up the same way regardless.
HONOR
We honor our word, even when it costs us. We treat every contractor with respect, whether they’re a client, a prospect, or someone we just sent away.
Ownership
We’re going to fall short sometimes. The right response when that happens is to name it, fix it, and not pretend it didn’t happen. If we’ve fallen short with you, tell us. We’ll own it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where did these values come from?
They came from 30 years of watching what works and what doesn’t in this industry. Each one is connected to a specific kind of failure we’ve seen contractors put up with from agencies — and a specific kind of behavior we decided wasn’t acceptable here.
Do you actually turn down work because of these values?
Yes. We turn down clients who aren’t the right fit, decline to sell services we don’t think will deliver, and end engagements where we can’t get the contractor’s buy-in to do the work right. We’d rather have fewer clients we can do excellent work for than more clients we’d embarrass ourselves with.
What does “transparency by default” actually mean for me as a client?
You have admin-level access to every account we manage for you. You can see raw data, not curated reports. You can export anything we’ve built. If you leave us tomorrow, you walk out with all of it.
How does the “teach, don’t deliver” value affect engagements?
Training is part of how we work, not a separate product. As we run your marketing, we’re also showing your team how it’s run. The goal is for your team to understand the work well enough to either keep running pieces of it in-house, or hold us accountable to a higher standard.
Is the faith value something you bring up with clients?
It’s an internal standard, not a client-facing pitch. We live it. If you ask about it, we’ll talk about it. If you don’t, you’ll just notice that we keep our word.
What if I disagree with your push-back on a decision?
It’s your business. You get the final call. We’ll say our piece, give you the reasoning, and back you up once you’ve decided. But we’d rather risk the disagreement than nod through something we think is the wrong move.
How do these values show up in pricing and contracts?
We don’t lock you in for years. We don’t sneak fees in. We use plain-English contracts. We don’t hold your accounts hostage when an engagement ends.
What do you do when you fall short of these values?
We name it, fix it, and don’t pretend it didn’t happen. If you’re a client and you feel we’ve fallen short, we want to hear it directly. The fastest fix is a call.
How can I see your values in action before I hire you?
Read our reviews, case studies, and transparency page. Better yet, Schedule a Call and listen for whether the first conversation matches what we’ve put on this page.
