We won’t promise a specific number of leads — anyone who does is lying or about to. We won’t hide bad news, push services you don’t need, badmouth competitors, or pressure-sell. We won’t pretend AI is magic. And we won’t disappear — owners change and agencies churn, but we’ve been the same company for 20 years.

The harder-to-codify pieces (honesty, pushback, presence) are cultural, and we’d rather earn them than write them. The way to test all of it is to start small: a first conversation costs nothing.

Tell us directly — email, call, or talk to your strategy lead. We’ll either fix it or end the engagement clean.
Is this the same as your guarantees?
We don’t have lead guarantees — those incentivize the wrong behaviors. We do guarantee the standards on this page.
Why don’t more agencies operate this way?
Because it’s harder. Transparency exposes underperformance. Pushback risks losing clients. Honest pricing forfeits margin. Most agencies make a different trade.
Will you really tell me to go elsewhere?
