The Founders Are Still in the Room
Chris and Michele Smith built All Contractor in 2006 and still lead it today. Chris is a licensed HVAC contractor (Georgia #CR109199, since 1997) and the author of five books on HVAC growth and AI for contractors. Michele is CEO — she led the company to its Inc. 5000 ranking: No. 160 nationwide, No. 11 in advertising and marketing, with 2,597% three-year growth.

Does Chris Smith still work directly with clients?
Yes. Chris is hands-on in strategy and consulting engagements. He’s not a figurehead.
What’s Michele Smith’s role today?
Michele is COO. She leads the company, oversees the entire client portfolio, and stays involved in strategic engagements.
Do you have a dedicated person for HVAC clients vs. plumbing vs. electrical?
Trade expertise lives across the team. Chris’s HVAC background means we have deep depth there, and the principles transfer across home services trades.
Who would I work with day to day?
Depends on the engagement. For most clients, you’ll have a primary strategy lead, plus specialists for the specific work — SEO, paid, content, AI, etc. You’ll know everyone by name.
Is the team remote, in-office, or hybrid?
The team is based out of Atlanta, Georgia, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Client meetings happen by video, phone, or in person depending on what makes sense.
