transparent
No Theater. No Deflection.
Your time is valuable, so we’re transparent about what you can expect—and what you shouldn’t.
No Onboarding Theater
No 12-month onboarding theater. We’re producing results within 60-90 days.
No Deflection
No “trust the process” deflection. When something isn’t working, we say so.
No Surprise Scope Creep
Scope changes happen via written change orders.
No Vague Timelines
Milestones are dated. Slips are flagged.

The stages
From First Conversation to Ongoing Engagement
05
Execution
When:
Ongoing.
Who:
Your team + dedicated All Contractor strategists and specialists.
Rhythm:
weekly working meetings on active projects; monthly performance reports and review session; quarterly strategic business review and 90-day plan refresh; on-demand support as needed.
You’ll see: plain-English monthly reports, direct access to source data (analytics, search console, ad accounts), and a documented project log of what we did, what we changed, and why.
06
Review & Renew
When: Annually.
Who: You, your leadership, and All Contractor senior strategists.
What: Annual review of what worked, what didn’t, what to change. Honest assessment of whether the engagement is still right. Renewal, adjustment, or end of engagement.
End of engagement, if it comes to that:
clean handoff per the exit protocol. You walk out with everything.
01
First Conversation
When: 30 minutes.
Who: You and Ann Matheis.
What: Ann listens — asks about your business, your team, your current marketing, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want a year from now. We share an honest read on whether All Contractor is a fit; sometimes the honest answer is no. If we’re a fit, we’ll outline the typical next step. If we’re not, we’ll tell you who might be better.
You bring: your current marketing situation, an honest assessment of your goals, and questions.
02
Discovery
When:
1–2 weeks.
Who:
Your team + the All Contractor strategists who’d lead the engagement.
What: Deeper diagnostic conversations. Review of your current marketing assets, accounts, and reporting. Review of your customer journey from awareness to booked job. We surface what we think the biggest opportunities are.
Output: a proposed engagement scope — what we’d do, how we’d do it, what it’d cost, and what to expect.
03
Proposal & Agreement
When: 1 week.
Who: You + All Contractor leadership.
What: Written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. We go through it together and adjust as needed. Plain-English engagement agreement signed.
No surprises: what’s in the proposal is what’s in the contract. We don’t bury terms.
04
Onboarding
When: 2–4 weeks.
Who:
Your team + All Contractor implementation team.
What:
Account access setup and verification (everything in your name). Brand voice deep-dive so any content we produce sounds like you. Reporting infrastructure setup so you can see what we’re doing. Tool and integration setup. First strategy session and 90-day plan.
You’ll provide: time from your team for kickoff, access credentials, brand assets, and existing reports/data.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can we get started?
First conversation: this week. Discovery and proposal: 2–3 weeks. Active work: typically 4–8 weeks after agreement.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Most engagements are month-to-month after an initial commitment period. We don’t believe in long contracts as a retention strategy.
Will the same people work on my account throughout?
Yes. We assign a dedicated team. Continuity matters.
How much of my time will the engagement require?
Onboarding: meaningful time from you and your team. Ongoing: typically 2–4 hours per month for owners, more for the team members involved in execution.
Can I add or remove services later?
Yes. Scope is flexible. Changes go through written change orders so expectations stay clear.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Tell us directly. We’ll either fix it or end the engagement clean. Your accounts and assets remain yours regardless.
Do you onboard remote-friendly?
Yes. Most onboarding is virtual. Some clients add in-person sessions.
Will I work with Chris or Michele directly?
For some engagements, yes — particularly consulting and high-touch strategic work. Most ongoing work is led by senior strategists with Chris/Michele involved in key decisions.
How do you handle disagreements?
Directly. We share our position, listen to yours, and either find alignment or you make the call (it’s your business).
What if my goals change mid-engagement?
We re-scope. Goals change; the engagement adapts.
Will I know what you’re doing each week?
Yes. The project log shows what’s in motion. Weekly working meetings handle anything active. Monthly reports zoom out.
